Storytime at Spark & Spell is about more than reading books together. Every Saturday, we gather to share stories, create, meet new people and stay curious together. Children are the most honest audience. They ask unexpected questions, have wonderful ideas and are always open to new thoughts and perspectives. All ages, 0-99 $10/Child, Adults are FREE Adults MUST accompany child.

In this 8 week class, your child will design and construct four uniquely themed art journals by hand sewing, gluing, taping, and binding new and recycled materials into one of a kind books. Every other week brings a new journal and a new theme to explore inside it: zen doodling, nature drawing, collage, and imaginative art. Kids will learn to observe the world around them, gather inspiration from images they collect, and experiment freely, building both technical skills and creative confidence. No prior art experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to try new things! Your child will leave with four handmade art journals, new bookbinding and drawing skills, and a creative habit they can carry with them anywhere. SPACE IS LIMITED TO 10 STUDENTS
